Joslyn G. Ewart, CFP®

Founder

Joslyn loves it when a plan comes together. She envisions the possible and then formulates and implements a plan to achieve the desired results. As a business owner and founder of one of the few women-owned independent investment firms in the region, Joslyn has a strong commitment to leveling the playing field for other women and underrepresented groups.

Her first career was teaching music for the School District of Philadelphia. Joslyn’s energy was devoted to developing classroom and performance curricula and working with thousands of students over a period of twenty years. When it was time to move on, experiences from her formative years led to her true calling, that of investment advisor and financial planner. She was prepared to transition from employee to business owner in part because of her own commitment to saving money, a discipline she patiently embraced.

Coming full circle with respect to her passion for financial empowerment, in 2016 Joslyn published “Balancing Act: Wealth Management Straight Talk for Women.” All proceeds from book sales are contributed to the My Best Teacher Scholarship Fund, an endowed scholarship fund providing full tuition for Temple University music majors with financial need.

Joslyn cherishes the knowledge that Entrust Financial® is a fee-only, independent investment firm that emphasizes open dialogue and offers custom investment solutions that get to the heart of what matters most to Entrust clients.
