Jay Llewelyn
Portfolio Admin and Analyst Associate
What Jay loves most about Investment Management is that it serves a blend of quantitative and qualitive purposes. Quantitatively, as an Investment Manager, he studies various financial markets, values securities and analyzes performance, as our team works to maximize clients’ wealth. The qualitative “why” of Investment management, however, is just as important and makes it possible to create strategic investment plans tailored to meet each client’s needs.
The first investment Jay ever made was to be an athlete. As an athlete, he was wired to compete and be the best athlete he could be. As his athletic career slowed down, his financial career accelerated—but his mentality is the same. He is wired to be a premier Investment Manager; that is why he chose to enroll in the Charted Financial Analyst Institute. Having passed two exams of the three levels, Jay is proud to call myself a CFA Candidate and relishes the opportunity to become a Chartered Financial Analyst.
